Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, Winnies must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Exchanges

Winnies will send customer a free of charge return label to ship back to:

Once Winnies is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process your exchange and ship out free of charge. 

Refunds

Customer responsible for shipping Winnies back to:
Winnies Socks Company, P.O. Box 1121, Wolfeboro, NH 03894, United States

Once Winnies is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
